Junior/Teen Leaders: Kathleen Larrain, Millie Wright Dates: Thursdays March 5, April 2, May 7 Time: 4pm to 6pm Location: Wright House, 1200 Ludwig Avenue, Santa Rosa Materials Fee: $15 Age Group: Open to Intermediate and Senior Members This project will have you on your “whey” to making a variety of cheese at home including ricotta, chevre, and mozzarella. Project will include a local tour (date TBD) and a DIY pizza party during our last class. (Due to room size, project is limited to 8 members.)
