Petaluma Pumpkin Patch Bake Sale Fundraiser: Open Immediately

Coordinate the bake sale. Assign shifts and arrange baked good dropoffs from families. You do not need to be at the sale the whole time, but usually are there to set up in the morning(s) and coordinate the breakdown with another parent.

 

We’re also hoping to fill these positions by September...

Chickenque Representative

Attend monthly meetings with CCQ committee January through April. Coordinate ticket sales (if needed), share important info with club leadership (e.g., new rules, deadlines for contests, etc.)

 

4H CCC Representatives

Attend monthly meetings (usually the first Tuesday of the month at 7pm). Take notes and share anything newsworthy for the Newsletter or club general meeting. Can be split amongst 2 or 3 people).

Christmas Tree Recycling Committee

Hoping to find at least 3 families with pickup trucks who can help collect trees from houses for this fundraiser on January 2nd and January 8th.

​

In addition, we will be asking for committee members for other committees (some of the ones listed below)  and some other volunteer opportunities at the September meeting. For now our focus is on ensuring we have fundraising and our county obligations in place.
